I've been horrible. I haven't posted in a long time. I did run the Glow Run, but then got sick and wasn't able to run the Color Run. I can't say that I ran the whole Glow Run, either... but we did have a good time.
I plan to finish the C25K program, this time... and hopefully continue running. I have been sick, little man has been sick and we were gone for Thanksgiving. Life just got in the way.
But, I have started the Plexus Slim program... hoping this helps me with the weight loss, that I've been attempting to do for over a year (minus the 10 months I took "off" to be pregnant! HA! Only kidding... but I did take my pregnancy as time to eat healthy, and relax and enjoy it... I didn't work out at all). Anyway, I'm back... and better than before.
Now to figure out, other than the running program.... what other tapes/exercise regimes do I want to try. Any suggestions?
